Session I – Chamber Music in Cremona

This ten-day course is specially designed for adult amateur and professional chamber musicians who love the art of chamber music and sharing their passion for music making with others. Friendly and encouraging atmosphere of the Academy, daily coaching, studying and playing with renowned faculty, masterclasses, workshops, and public performances in an historical setting will provide an unforgettable experience for its participants. Sightseeing tour of Mantua, city-tour of Cremona, and meeting with Cremonese violin makers will greatly enhance the program. Learn more.

Session II – Cremona Academy and Competition

This fifteen-day program is carefully designed for students of all ages and levels, including young professionals, college, and pre-college musicians. This year's Academy is proud to introduce two unique vocal programs, “Italian Baroque Repertoire” and “The Art of Bel Canto”.  A special mini-course, “Conducting Lab” for instrumentalists and vocalists will be another wonderful addition to the Program of the Academy. The "Cremona International Music Academy and Competition" brings together passionate students and celebrated masters from around the world for a vibrant, exciting, inspiring, and rigorous music making summit. The programs offer a fine combination of private lessons, chamber music, public performances in historical venues, and sightseeing and educational tours. Participants will have a unique opportunity to visit and meet Cremona's renowned luthiers and play on their instruments.
